Issue/Introduction

User ID in Jaspersoft needs to be updated with  current email in Production 

Environment

Release : 15.5

Component : CA PPM BUS OJECTS, JASPERSOFT REPORTING & SOLUTION PACKS

Resolution

PPM will update the email address of the users in Jaspersoft when the "Create and Update Jaspersoft Users" job is run.

So, if the email address is changed for the user in Clarity, it will be updated automatically in Jaspersoft when the job is run.
