Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to downgrade AWA from Higher version to Lower Version ?

For Example : Upgraded  from 12.3.0 to 12.3.2 and wanted to revert back ,

Environment

Release : 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Resolution

We don't have any tool to downgrade the version once the server is upgraded to higher . Alternate way is if you have backup of DB . Install 12.3.0 and use DBload Utility.
