Issue/Introduction

When accessing the the new UX for timesheet entry via the menu Home > Timesheets, most timesheet users do not currently have the ability to view or edit their timesheets like below:

And in the app-ca.log, there were the error message like:

com.niku.xql2.XQLNoSuchFieldException: BLOCK_PENDACTSUM

*<Email Address> means Email address for the user who has this problem.

Resolution

Restarting all the PPM service solved the problem.
