File reloaded from SAR (View®) still shows offline with Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

When a file is not available due to it being on tape/disk, we have created a process to read the message from DRAS which has the information for reloading the report back for viewing.

The question is : on the report list screen there is no 'refresh' button to reload the screen after you do a reload.
The report in question still has the (not on disk) annotation/icon.

Resolution

The report list page must be refreshed so it can pick up the change in the status of that report. One way to reload the report list, is to log out of OM Web Viewer and then back in again. Another way to reload the report list (and this is while staying in the same browser session) is to click the "Go" button in the upper right of the Filter Settings pane.
