Issue/Introduction

I am currently working on a project setting up the NTP Servers for the Dev environment. However, I have ran into an issue where it is not picking up the remote host and I have run into a roadblock while running the check_cluster_clock_sync servers command. I have configured the NTP Servers across all 4 appliances but I still get this same issue. What is this script it wants me to invoke? I just want to resolve this so I can move forward with setting up this new environment. Thank you in advance!

Dev Environment Results (Issue here):

In a previous environment (Qual) that was set up with these same instructions, when I execute the same command, here are the results:

Environment

Release : 14.2

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Resolution

Checking your qual, listing the contents of the /home/config directory we see a file called servers.

this file does not exist on your dev servers.

Our Documents do not have anything about creating this file because the alias by itself checks all servers in its cluster.
