Service Point: Can't see the dates of a date field in a Catalog form

Issue/Introduction

The following problem occurs in a Service Point Catalog ticket that is already submitted:

Part of the date field data is missing in the date field

This issue does not occur if using Service Catalog

Cause

The MM/DD/YYYY date format is not recognized by Service Point

Environment

Release : 17.2

Component : XFLOW INTERFACE FOR SDM

Resolution

Change the date format to MM/dd/yyyy instead of MM/DD/YYYY for the date field.
