Why I Am Unable to Add an API Attribte ID to a Project Custom Attribute?

Issue/Introduction

In a Project object custom attribute, that is configured with a Data Type that works for other custom attributes in the same object, I am unable to set or modify its API Attribute ID.

Cause

A likely cause is that this is a virtual attribute in Project, and the attribute has been defined in Investment object.

Resolution

Set or modify the API Attribute ID in the Investment object attribute instead.
