CA Privileged Access Manager - Server Control (PAMSC)

Issue/Introduction

"Audit Object Access" in OS Local Security Policy - Local Policies - Audit Policy is enabled before reboot.
But it returned to disabled after reboot on PAMSC server.
It is confirmed this happens on PAMSC 14.1 but not on PIM 12.8SP1CP3.

Cause

This happens on stopping seosd.exe due to winservice function as product defect.

Resolution

fixed by testfix acpatch-DE464432-14.10.0.1406-_WIN_X64.zip
The fix is included in PAMSC 14.1 CP3.
