Load DWH job error: "ORA-30926..." on table DWH_INV_TASK

Issue/Introduction

When running the Load Data Warehouse (DWH) job, in the logs you see the below error:

[CA Clarity][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-20100: ENCOUNTERED EXCEPTION IN DWH_DIM_LOAD (DWH_INV_TASK). SQLERRM : ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables
ORA-06512: at line 24

Any Clarity release

Cause

A project task is referenced on the baseline details of a different project.

The prj_baseline_details table holds a reference of a project task on two different project baselines: Its project and a non-related project
