Clarity PPM - Year is not populating in report parameters

Issue/Introduction

Unable to see 2018 in the parameters for any Fiscal reports

Environment

Release : 15.8

Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION

Cause

Time Slices are not including 2018 

The Fiscal time slices start date is 1/1/2019.  In order to see a specific year in reporting parameters that year will have to be included in all of the Fiscal Time Slices.

Resolution

• Go to Administration>>Data Administration>>Time Slices
• Sort by Slice Type
• Change Fiscal Time Slices from 1/1/2019 to 1/1/2018
• Increase the number of periods to keep the years you currently have.
• Run below jobs
  • Time Slices
  • Update Report Tables (all options selected)
  • Full Load Data Warehouse
