Issue/Introduction

Configuration Manager folder not see in the Spectrum OneClick Explorer tab in the Navigation panel. The user has all of the Configuration Manager Privileges selected however, they have no access to the Configuration Manager folder.

Environment

Release : 10.4.1

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

The Configuration Manager model has ADMN configured for the Security_String attribute id 0x10009. The ADMIN Security Community is not assigned to the User model or User Group model the User is a member of.

Resolution

Either add the ADMIN Security Community to the User model or User Group the User is a member of or add the User or User Group Security Community to the Security_String attribute id 0x10009 of the Configuration Manager model.
