APM MQ Broker Agents get stopped after starting

Issue/Introduction

We have a Linux MQ broker agent server where broker agent is running but wily broker agent gets automatically stopped. Other servers are working fine.

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : APM Agents

Resolution

Broker services must be running for the APM broker agent to work

Additional Information

Running debug logs would give more information if the Broker Agent is not working.

Collect WilyWMBrokerMonitor.properties file and debug logs.

 

Also check if any connection(wily broker agent) differences between other brokers and this broker.
