Problem with JS class that are not loaded properly

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading from CA Identity Manager 12.6.8 to version 14.3 an error appears in the CA Identity Portal.


The error appears when trying to set challenges.

 

Java Class error.

 

Environment

Release : 14.3

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Cause

The attribute |challengeFlag| could not be loaded into IP.

Resolution

This is not a CA Identity Manager code issue.  The cause of the error was identified in custom javascript (a JQuery library that was used without jquery).
