• IM and AC, intermittently, seem to lose the ability to manage configuration as IM becomes unavailable (ie. robots and hubs disappear) and in AC browser session hangs.
• We have seen that after a minute the situation goes back to normal without any intervention:
• hub or any other probe does NOT restart
• UMP is reachable during the failure
• We have seen 2 windows reoccurring errors that are worth investigating to exclude relation with the issue.
• We have an Active Antivirus on the primary hub.

We suggest to verify that Antivirus scanning of UIM components meets recommendations and requirements as per th KB: Antivirus scanning of UIM components
If possible, also get permission Pause the Antivirus completely during some time and see if you get reoccurrence during that time.
