Static TOT thresholds alarms are getting triggered on first sample for snmpcollector probe

Issue/Introduction

Static TOT thresholds configured in snmpcollector probe. Time over threshold and sliding time window settings does not affect on static alarm thresholds

Observed that static TOT threshold alarms are getting triggered on first QOS sample for snmpcollector probe

Environment

Release : 8.51/ 9.x/20.x

Component : UIM - SNMPCOLLECTOR

snmpcollector version 4.03 Build 774 (4.03 HF2)
baseline_engine 2.77 -HF4
nas 9.0 HF6

Resolution

snmpcollector-4.0.4-SNAPSHOT.zip is provided as hotfix for resolution of this issue

This is 4.04T2 when seen in IM 

Deactivate existing 4.03HF2 

Import to archive in IM or adminconsole 

Deploy snmpc 4.04T2

Activate snmpc 4.04T2
