Azure probe connection profile fails

Issue/Introduction

Azure probe connection profile fails with the following error in the azure.log

ERROR [Data Collector - %ProfileName%, azure] java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: 
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: 
sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

Environment

Release : DX UIM 20.4.* / 23.4

Component : AZURE probe 3.20

Cause

This issue is sometimes seen when the system where the azure probe is installed is not able to access all of the Microsoft URLs

Resolution

Ensure the following URLs are accessible with any browser type (The probe needs access to URLs below to collect data from Microsoft)

https://management.azure.com/
https://management.core.windows.net/
https://login.windows.net/
https://login.microsoftonline.com/
