"Published organization key" appears every few seconds in the Administration log and CPU Usage is very high

Issue/Introduction

After adding an Ignition Key or an Organization Certificate to Encryption Management Server, the chart showing CPU Usage in the administration console under Reporting / Overview shows much higher CPU usage than previously.

In addition, in the administration console under Reporting / Logs / Administration log you see this information entry every few seconds:

Published organization key.

Environment

Symantec Encryption Management Server 3.4.2 MP2, 3.4.2 MP3, 3.4.2 MP4 and 3.4.2 MP5 with both an Organization Certificate and an Ignition Key.

Resolution

Upgrade to Encryption Management Server 10.5 or above.

If you cannot upgrade, remove either the Organization Certificate or the Ignition Key if you do not require both.

If you cannot upgrade or remove either the Organization Certificate or the Ignition Key, please contact Technical Support for a workaround.
