Why does Scheduler forecast report display the message CACU609E SYSTEM ADAPTER ERROR OCCURRED FUNCTION='DATEPROC' F/C=10 R/C=00000020?

Resolution

Scheduler forecast reporting requires the previous, current and next year datetables during the date period that the report is requested.  If a datetable is missing, the message appears, 

CACM099W SCD1 MISSING DATE TABLE NEEDED BY JANUARY: DATETAB PREFIX: A YEAR: 2022  

Additional message, CACU609E SYSTEM ADAPTER ERROR OCCURRED FUNCTION='DATEPROC' F/C=10 R/C=00000020 will also appear as it attempts to forecast into the 3rd year.  

For example:

Datetable exist for years 2019, 2020, 2021

Forecast is for FD=122920,FOR=370, from 12/29/20 for 370 days, which will cover Dec 29-31, Jan 1 - Dec 31, 2021 and 2022.

Forecast for 12/29/20 through 12/31/21 is produced and issues the CACM099W message.   As it attempts to forecast Jan 2022, the message CACU609E SYSTEM ADAPTER ERROR OCCURRED FUNCTION='DATEPROC' F/C=10 R/C=00000020 appears.
