Why does CA Scheduler forecast report display the message CACU609E SYSTEM ADAPTER ERROR OCCURRED FUNCTION='DATEPROC' F/C=10 R/C=00000020?

Resolution

CA Scheduler forecast reporting requires the previous, current and next year datetables during the date period that the report is requested.  If datetable is missing, the message appears, 

CACM099W SCD1 MISSING DATE TABLE NEEDED BY JANUARY: DATETAB PREFIX: A YEAR: 2022  

Additional message, CACU609E SYSTEM ADAPTER ERROR OCCURRED FUNCTION='DATEPROC' F/C=10 R/C=00000020 will also appear as it attempts to forecast into the 3rd year.  

For example:

Datetable exist for years 2019, 2020, 2021

Forecast is for FD=122920,FOR=370, from 12/29/20 for 370 days, which will cover Dec 29-31, Jan 1 - Dec 31, 2021 and 2022.

Forecast for 12/29/20 through 12/31/21 is produced and issues the CACM099W message.   As it attempts to forecast Jan 2022, the message CACU609E SYSTEM ADAPTER ERROR OCCURRED FUNCTION='DATEPROC' F/C=10 R/C=00000020 appears.
