[DUAS] UPROC remains in EVENT WAIT due to Incompatibility rules

Issue/Introduction

Some uprocs remain in "Event wait" status forever (before ending in "Time overrun" once the Launch Window is over) while no "Dependency" is set in the "Launch Formula".

Environment

Release : 6.0

Component : DOLLAR UNIVERSE

Cause

Please check the "Membership" tab in the Uproc itself :

In this case :

-> The uproc belongs to the Class "A"

-> The uproc can not be executed at the same tile than any other Uproc belonging to the Class "A"

-> The uproc can not be executed at the same tile than any other Uproc belonging to the Class "B"

Resolution

On design - Make sure that no unnecessary incompatibility classes are set on the Uprocs

Non-simultaneous rules should be set using the "Launch formula" tab.
