How one can extract the collectively collect data dump or report for all the CI's (Configuration Item),i.e. , activity log (changes) that have been made on each CI?

There is no such report available which would give the CIs with activity logs.
As an option, administrator may try exploring Database by creating a 'Select' with JOIN query between table 'nr_com' (This is the table which has entries for activity of CIs) and ca_owned_resource (Table for CIs) to get reports for versioning of CIs.
