Issue/Introduction

We are planning to upgrade our WCC version from 11.3.6 to 11.4 SP7.

Do we have to know any specific details like user/password before upgrade which will be required during the upgrade of the WCC?

Component : Unicenter AutoSys Connect Option

Resolution

When launching the upgrade, the wizard reads $CA_WCC_INSTALL_LOCATION//data/config/application/config/resources/connection.properties file.
In this file it finds all the required information concerning accessing Oracle database as well for connecting to EEM server where it finds required password of EiamAdmin userid (=eem.AdminPassword).

There is no other information required.
