Deleted objects are not purge from the database

Issue/Introduction

We have a lot of deleted objects that are not purge from the database (the OH_DELETEFLAG in table OH is not 0). Every week, we run the REORG utility (ucybdbre) and the ucybdbre.ini file contains these 2 lines (with many others...): 

[REORG]
no_archive_check = 1
auto_reorg = 365

Environment

Resolution

There is a discrepancy in the settings for DB Reorg and DB Unload.

The value for “no_Archive_Check” must be the same.


For DB DB Reorg the value is set to ‘1’ but for DB Unload there is n mention of the 'no_archive_check and hence by default, the value is set to ‘0’.
