DX SaaS Error while updating Alert Policy

Issue/Introduction

Receiving the following error after updating the name of one of the alert policies.
"ESS Invalid requests"

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : Alert Policy 

Cause

Per Engineering, it could have resolved by itself. 

Resolution

Per Engineering, don't see any issues with tenant.

Able to add/update policies.

It may have resolved by itself.
