nexec: A group of users cannot see the 3 configuration tabs from the IM.

Issue/Introduction

Only when logged as administrator account (default Superuser account in CA UIM), the three TABs are displayed for nexec probe in IM (Infrastructure Manager).

Any new account with Superuser (Access Control List) only sees one TAB (Start) for the nexec probe in IM.

If the nexec probe is installed on the Primary hub, any account with Superuser ACL can see the three TABs for the nexec probe in IM. But this same account can only see one TAB (Start) for the nexec probe in IM.

There is no issue in Admin Console. Any LDAP account with Superuser ACL can create profiles in nexec probe.

All accounts are from LDAP, there are no local accounts, except the administrator account.

Resolution

On the secondary Hub, enable the Proxy LDAP Authentication.
