Can't find fulfill button in Service Point. Is it possible to fulfill and Approve request in Service Point?

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Resolution

Yes, this is possible from Service Point. The user who can approve/fulfill the request will see the ticket in the "My Approvals" tab in Service Point and can approve from here.
