Node.js agent not reporting redis backends

Issue/Introduction

The Node.js agent is is not showing metrics for redis backends / redis connections to the applications.

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : APM Agents

Node Version: v8.9.3
Probe Version: v1.10.82

Cause

1. There is no pbd to generate any data from the redis node.js probe
2. In the probe, the parts sending data are commented out.
3. Therefore, APM never receives and shows any redis data.

Resolution
