Cause

Directory defined by tempDir in the .ini file has permission set wrong. 

Resolution

There was one node where the permission were incorrect on the tempDir directory set in the .ini file.

Additional Information

After checking the log which is in the directory defined by tempDir in the .ini file. It showed that the issue was with one specific node. Checking that node showed the permission were not set correctly.
