ETC EM failing and crashing due to growth in PostgreSQL

Issue/Introduction

Postgres has filled the file system and out of space on the volume. 

Tried increasing the size of disk space and memory.  The problem returned after a week. 

Our clusters are now generating massive amounts of data in the “appmap_attribs tables.

We have noticed clusters (Middleware & OpenShift) generating 60GB of data in a couple days.

Cause

Poor PostgreSQL database maintenance. 

Resolution

PostgreSQL tables being filled up continuously and tune it with get rid of older data
