Searching Application or Permission feature in Mobile View of Identity Portal does not work in Access module

Issue/Introduction

Searching Application or Permission feature in Mobile View of Identity Portal Console does not work in Access module. 
After we searched and selected the user, Mobile View shows Application list. 
When user clicks the top right binocular icon, it goes back to Main Menu and does not allow user to search Application. 

If we select an Application, Mobile View shows Permission list.

Likewise, if user clicks the top right binocular icon, it goes back to Main Menu and does not allow user to search Permission

Resolution

This is a known Identity Portal issue which is recorded in Engineering ticket DE462449.
