Imported JSON Schema is not visible in USM/Portal under Monitoring

Issue/Introduction

After successfully imported the JSON schema file, it is not visible in the USM/Portal, under Monitoring.

Release : 20.1

Component : UIM - MON_CONFIG_SERVICE

Resolution

The qos_name are duplicated. It must be unique.

Once the unique qos_name is configured in the json file, the imported JSON schema will be visible in UMP/USM.
