Issue/Introduction

How to submit a request to decommission my Clarity SaaS environment or terminate the Clarity SaaS Subscription?

Environment

All Supported Clarity Releases on SAAS

Resolution

  • Reach out to your Broadcom Account team who can assist with the plan and initiate the process for decommissioning
  • We cannot be decommissioning systems with active contract, so the request has to come from the Account team through our internal systems

We can reset the environment to vanilla database as an option:

  • This will remove any personal data
  • You will no longer be able to log into this Clarity environment 
  • The environment will be up and going through normal upgrade cycles until the contract expires
  • Open a ticket with Broadcom and request the Environment with URL to be reset to vanilla with Primary contact approval
