Connectivity testing URL: goidservices-auth.vip.symantec.com (or services-prod.vip.csp01.saas.broadcom.com)
Test accounts will initially be migrated to GCP before and production accounts. Organizations with test accounts will receive a notification 2-weeks prior to the switch.
Find the active IP address in the DNS record for goidservices-auth.vip.symantec.com with NSLOOKUP. Then execute a TELNET connection to the IP address on port 443 from the VIP Enterprise Gateway(s) and/or other application servers from where VIP traffic is served. This will test IP address connectivity through your firewall. (note: The Windows Telnet client displays a blank (black) screen upon successful connection)
