Issue/Introduction

The portal for Integrated Cyber Defense Manager (ICDm) displays the status "One or more of your subscriptions has expired"

Resolution

 

  1. To identify which Products are impacted, on the left side navigation bar, click "Subscriptions"
  2. On a column that shows a count of Expired licenses, click on the number of expired licenses to display the licenses that are expired.
  3. If you do not have a replacement license, obtain one before continuing.
  4. Delete the expired license.
  5. Upload a new valid license.
