Negative value for memory utilization on UC Davis agent in DX Netops Performance Management

Cause

There is a change seen in more recent agents related to Buffered and Cached memory.

This has been seen in agent version net-snmp-5.7.2-43.el7.x86_64 but other versions may have the same changes.

Resolution

 

This issue is due to an issue in the NetSNMP agent and has been reported to be fixed in net-snmp-5.7.2-48.el7_8.x86_64.
