Error - Synchronization Failure after adding the NFA data source to CAPC

Issue/Introduction

NFA was upgraded from 9.3.6 to 10.0.3 (standalone)

The NFA server was integrated to NPC earlier. The version of NPC was 6.2

Trying to integrate the NFA 10.0.3 server to CAPC version 3.7.6 

Error "Synchronization Failure" when trying to add the data source to CAPC. 

Environment

Release : 10.0

Component : NQRPTA - REPORTERANALYZER

Cause

Can see below error in CAPC DMservice.log 

Data source xxxxxxx encountered an error while processing a sync request.  
The problem is in the data source, not CAPC.  Check the logs 
for the data source to determine the cause of the problem.  The following stack trace shows the context of the sync request:

Resolution

Below KB can be checked to resolve duplicate groups as can be symptom for this issue
