Issue/Introduction

Error message:

U00045366 ERROR: The Oracle JDBC driver installation is incomplete. The files xdb6.jar and xmlpareserv2.jar must be placed into the "lib" folder of the Automation Engine.

You will find the above error message entries in AWI log files.

Environment

Release : 12.0, 12.1, 12.2, 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

Cause: JDBC Driver missing in Lib folder

Resolution

Install the JDBC driver, if it is not installed correctly.

If it is installed correctly, please make sure the files xdb6.jar and xmlparserv2.jar are placed into the "lib" folder of the Automation Engine.
