UNIX Agent connection issue with error message U02001007

Issue/Introduction

We have administration UNIX agent called UX_EPC. We are not able to start the jobs here, receiving below error.

"U02001007 User 'uc4reorg' is unknown or an invalid password has been provided."

Release : 12.0, 12.1 , 12.2, 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

Cause: Configuration error.

Resolution

Review the attached PDF and configuration the UNIX Agent as per the documentation attached.
