Resolution
The 2 most likely causes:
1) The name of the MCF files are incorrectly specified in the C1DEFLTS
Verify the names of the MCF files specified in the C1DEFLTS matches the MCF files being used.
2) The MCF files for the specified Environment are out of sync. One file contains data while the other does not.
If creating a new test instance of Endevor, delete and define both MCF files for the Environment specified.
If using existing data, re-copy both MCF files for the Environment specified.
