Endpoint Protection Application and Device control causes delay in Chinese language keboard input

Issue/Introduction

When entering Chinese text into a Microsoft document (Excel or Word—Outlook is not affected)—there is a delay of a few seconds between keyboard input and appearance of text in the document.

Resolution
