When installing a robot in a Windows machine, the following error message can be displayed:
In addition, the following message can be seen in Windows Event Viewer:

In this case, the problem was caused by antivirus blocking the installation. After disabling it temporarily, the installation ran fine.
As a best practice, please check the following items:
- Ensure the user running the installation (NimBUS Manager.exe) has local administrator rights;
- Try temporarily disabling antivirus and rerun the install. Antiviruses has been sometimes known to interfere;
- Verify that the 'Windows Installer' Service is has not been disabled on the system;
