Issue/Introduction

Description:

Can we add conditions to email Notification Rules? The Condition field appears to be read-only (as shown in Figure 1).

Solution:

Conditions CANNOT be added to the default out-of-box (OOTB) Notification Rules.

Conditions CAN be added for new Notification Rules.

The OOTB default Notification rules are rules which should be applied without any condition, hence the Condition field is read-only.

If you create a new Notification Rule, the Condition field will be active as shown below in Figure 2.
