Cannot retrieve z/OS job sysout in CA 7 Web Client interface - error message CAL2A400E

Issue/Introduction

When selecting "View Sysout" for a z/OS job in CA 7 Web Client interface it shows the error message: 
CAL2A400E Program L2L10060 must be APF authorized (-00000132).  

Note: already verified that CAL2LOAD library is APF authorized.

Resolution

Need to make sure that Common Services load library called CAW0LOAD is current and APF authorized.  If so then add the CAW0LOAD and CCCSLINK to the STEPLIB concatenation in the SCHSRVR task.  Logoff and  log back on and you should be able to retrieve the sysout.
