After upgrading UIM (any version to any version), the wasp probe on the primary hub will not start, and/or the admin console and/or /uimhome pages are not loading.

Resolution
Check the folder:
/Nimsoft/probes/service/wasp/webapps/
This folder should have a number of .war files present, and for each .war file present, there should be a corresponding folder with the same name.
If any folder is missing, first try restarting wasp twice - in some cases, we have seen where restarting wasp twice in a row resolves the issue.
If the folders are still not present afterward, then take the following steps:
1. For each missing folder, rename the corresponding .war file to .zip 2. Unzip each file to create the folders 3. Rename the files back to .war
