Workflow not invoked for AccountResume and AccountUnlock event

Issue/Introduction

We have created a task where a user can unlock or resume his/her SAP account post approval from Manager. While user Account action for unlock and resume works fine, however approval workflow are not getting invoked either at Task or event level.

These action should not be performed with out manager approval.

We also realized that at task level not all workflow are visible.

Environment

Release : 14.1

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Resolution

We were able to configure the policy based workflow to the SAP account.
