Issue/Introduction

A HiDRO job fails and the log shows: DIR003E Priv class E is required.

Resolution

You may have lost Diag 100 capability.

One possibility is that when you implemented Diag 100, you only installed it dynamically.

You need to add it to the System Config file.
To test this, run the dynamic piece once again, and test HiDRO with the sample generation.

If that eliminates the error, then install Diag 100 permanently by adding it to the System Config file.
