Is there any way to filter the tickets in Service Point? end-users have several open and closed tickets under "My Tickets" and "My Approvals" and it's difficult to search for specific tickets when there are several on the list and this affects the user experience.

This is not currently available in Service Point as we don't expect end-users to create a lot of tickets and come back to search their older tickets.
