Issue/Introduction

Which SCHENV value is used with Scheduler when the JOB is defined with a SCHENV value and the JCL also has a SCHENV value?

Resolution

Scheduler will use the SCHENV value that is in the JCL.

When the CAS9 CAIJGEN option INSRSENV=YES, Scheduler will insert the SCHENV value that is defined in the job base record.  However, if the JCL already contains SCHENV, then it will not insert the SCHENV value.
