Issue/Introduction

This article will show you how to access or view the Knowledge Base Article attached to a case. 

Resolution

> To access Knowledge base articles attached to the case, please login to Support Portal and click on Case Management. 

 

> Once you are logged in to the case management, select the case to which the KB articles are attached. All the attached KB articles will show under the tab called "Related Content."

 

> To view article, click on the link as show in the picture below:
