Installer is noting the APM Command Center Service is already installed as a service and to unregister the service to proceed with installation.
First run of the installer on this system, not sure how the service was created already. Need assistance with clearing the issue and proceeding with install

Resolution
Delete the service with the sc.exe delete command from windows command line
The application completed the installation after that was done
